These terms explain the rules for using pepti.to and buying from us. When you use this site or make a purchase, you’re agreeing to follow what’s written here. If you disagree with any part, stop using the website.

All products we sell are for research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption. We take this seriously, and so should you.

Who Can Order

You need to be 18 years or older to buy anything from pepti.to. Placing an order means you’re confirming you meet this age requirement and that you understand our products are for research purposes.

We can refuse orders from anyone at any time. If something seems off about an order or we believe products are being purchased for improper use, we’ll cancel it and won’t process future orders from that buyer.

Placing Orders and Making Payment

We only accept cryptocurrency. All transactions happen through crypto, and we don’t offer alternative payment methods at this time.

Prices display in USD unless you see another currency specified. The crypto conversion rate applies at checkout, and any network fees your wallet charges are separate from what you pay us.

Orders are final once you send payment. Crypto transactions can’t be reversed, so we can’t cancel or change your order after payment goes through. Review everything carefully before you pay.

What We Sell

Product descriptions and research information on our site come from published studies and scientific literature. This is educational content. We’re not making promises about results in your research.

Shipping

We ship discreetly. Your package won’t have any labels or markings that reveal what’s inside, and we use plain return addresses.

Delivery times vary based on where you live and which shipping option you pick. Delays from customs, bad weather, or carrier problems are outside our control and we can’t be held responsible for them.

Know your local laws before ordering. Different countries and regions have different rules about importing research peptides. We ship worldwide, but that doesn’t mean every shipment clears customs. If your package gets seized or held at the border, that’s a risk you accepted when you ordered. We don’t refund orders lost to customs because there’s nothing we can do once your package leaves us.

Refunds and Returns

We don’t take returns on peptides. These are sensitive compounds, and we can’t verify proper storage or handling once they leave our warehouse. Accepting returns would compromise quality control for everyone.

Got a damaged shipment or wrong products? Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send photos of the problem. We’ll sort it out with either a replacement or store credit based on what makes sense for your situation.

If tracking shows your order got lost in transit (not a customs seizure), get in touch with us. We evaluate these situations case by case.

Your Responsibilities

When you buy from pepti.to, you take responsibility for knowing and following all laws that apply to you, using products only for legitimate research purposes, proper storage and handling after delivery, and anything that happens as a result of your research.

We’re selling you research compounds. What you do with them after that is on you.

Our Liability Limits

We operate in good faith, but our liability has boundaries. We’re not responsible for how you use products, your compliance with local laws, research outcomes, or anything beyond delivering what you ordered.

The maximum we’ll ever owe you is what you paid for your order. We don’t cover indirect damages, consequential losses, or anything speculative.

Your Data

We collect the information we need to process and ship orders. We don’t sell your personal data. Our Privacy Policy has all the details on data handling if you want the full picture.

Website Content

The content on pepti.to, including text, images, product photos, logos, and design, belongs to us or our licensors. Don’t copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without permission.

Linking to our site is fine. Referencing our content with attribution for research is fine. But ripping our content, product descriptions, or branding is not fine.

Updating These Terms

We’ll modify these terms when needed. The “Last Updated” date shows when changes last happened. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Disputes and Governing Law

The laws of our operating jurisdiction govern these terms. Courts within that jurisdiction handle any legal disputes.
